Industrial Grade Epoxy Flooring
Serving the Bucks County PA Area
At DCE Flooring we provide Epoxy Flooring in the Bucks County PA Area, including Flake, Quartz & NEAT Epoxy Flooring. We use Elite Crete Systems products and we are Elite Crete Systems Certified Installers.
Indoor ONLY Applications
- We start with an existing indoor concrete floor. We begin by mechanically profiling the entire surface using a number of different concrete grinding machines.
- We correct any major flatness imperfections by installing a self-leveling concrete product (CMPSP 210 or CMPSP Diamond-Cap, depending on application). We then mechanically profile the self-leveling product to promote adhesion of epoxy.
- Every Epoxy floor we install receives a vapor barrier to stop vapor transmission, regardless of current moisture content.
- After the vapor barrier is cured, we patch and repair any minor or major surface imperfections and repair all cracks using a two-part epoxy and Cabosil (epoxy thickener) mixture.
This is the initial installation process for all Epoxy Floors, regardless of finish.
Reflector Enhancer Epoxy Flooring
Reflector Enhancer Epoxy Floors are seamless, hypoallergenic floors with a high gloss finish. The colors in these floors are marbleized and metallic. They are very durable and will stand up to a lot of daily abuse. We have these floors installed in homes, restaurants, showrooms, warehouses, retail stores, garages, and many other high traffic areas.
We use Elite Crete Systems E100-PT1, 100% solids epoxy and Elite Crete Systems Reflector Enhancer powder. We apply a total of two coats of Epoxy. The first coat is a base coat and the second coat is the topcoat. Although rare, there are some instances where some patchwork may need to be repeated prior to installing the topcoat.

Epoxy Flake Flooring
Epoxy Flake Flooring is extremely durable and chemical resistant, and is perfect for residential and commercial garages.
- We use Elite Crete Systems E100-PT1, 100% solids epoxy and ColorFlakes Epoxy Flakes. We apply a base coat of PT1, which we tint with Elite Crete Systems E100 Color Packs.
- After applying PT1 to the entire floor, we broadcast the ColorFlakes into the wet epoxy, 100% coverage, to rejection.
- Once that base coat of epoxy is cured, we scrape the Flakes to knock down any sharp points in the floor.
- We clean up all the excess ColorFlakes that did not stick to the epoxy, and then we seal the entire floor using Elite Crete Systems E100-PT1 crystal clear epoxy.

NEAT Epoxy Flooring
NEAT Epoxy Flooring is the perfect budget option for warehouse floors or other commercial applications where a high performance floor is needed. These floors are chemical resistant and can withstand daily abuse from a high traffic work area. They are solid colored epoxy floors with a high shine finish.
We use Elite Crete Systems E100-PT4, 100% solids pre-tinted epoxy and Elite Crete Systems AUS-V, Aliphatic Urethane Sealer for our NEAT Epoxy Flooring applications.

Epoxy Quartz Flooring
Like Epoxy Flake Flooring, Epoxy Quartz Flooring is also extremely durable and chemical resistant. It is more slip resistant than Flake Flooring, which makes these floors a perfect solution for commercial kitchens, ADA compliant handicapped ramps, commercial entranceways, or industrial settings.
- We use Elite Crete Systems E100-PT1, 100% solids epoxy and ColorQuartz sand. The process is very similar to the Epoxy Flake Flooring. The only difference between the two floors, from an installation point of view, is that the Quartz flooring gets two broadcast coats. So after cleaning up all the excess ColorQuartz from the first coat, we apply a second coat of E100-PT1, this time using a clear epoxy, and broadcast into that wet coat of epoxy.
- Again, we broadcast 100% coverage, to rejection. We then clean up the excess ColorQuartz once the floor has cured.
- We seal this entire floor with Elite Crete Systems E100- PT1 crystal clear epoxy.
